Hinton Business Expo – North Dorset’s Big Day for Business
When we first opened Hinton Workspace, the vision was simple. We wanted to create a co-working space in Dorset where ideas and people could come together. A year on, that vision has grown into something much bigger. Hinton has become a thriving North Dorset business community that believes in the power of connection.
That same spirit comes to life this November at the Dorset Business Expo — a one-day celebration of business in Dorset, filled with energy, collaboration and ideas. What began as a way to bring Dorset’s entrepreneurs and local businesses together has gathered incredible momentum. The response has been overwhelming, with exhibitors and guests joining us from across the county.
We’re proud to have ActionCOACH as our headline sponsor, bringing their award-winning professional business coaching to Dorset. Their team helps business owners find focus, direction and growth — the kind of support that transforms potential into performance.
We’re also joined by two Dorset brands supporting themed spaces: • The Business Growth Room, sponsored by We Are Chain, exploring innovation, marketing and digital growth • The Wellbeing Room, sponsored by The Strange Apothecary, focusing on balance, resilience and sustainable success
Throughout the day, Hinton Workspace will be alive with exhibitors, speakers and conversation. The event starts with a relaxed networking breakfast, followed by talks, demos and exhibitor showcases across two floors.
At lunchtime, Alice Fox-Pitt will host a Lunch and Learn discussion with Ian Girling, Chief Executive of Dorset Chamber, alongside leaders from business and local government, exploring how Dorset’s business landscape is evolving and why North Dorset matters.
The Business Expo is about more than one day — it’s about building momentum. Dorset has a vibrant, ambitious business scene, and it deserves to be celebrated. For Hinton Workspace, it reflects what the co-working space was built for: to give local businesses a place to grow, connect and thrive.
