Inner Lift is a strength programme designed by PT Lulu Adams to help women build strength from within: it takes a whole body approach to core and pelvic floor health - we look at how the pelvic floor works as part of a whole system, and what changes we can make to help you move freely and with confidence, doing what you love.
Lulu is running a 90 minute taster workshop at the studio next to Hinton Workspace on Thursday 14th May from 11-12.30pm - where she will give you an introduction to the programme, and help you understand a bit more about YOUR body and how to train smart for your pelvic floor.
It’s suitable for so MANY: newly postnatal mums, those navigating core issues or pelvic floor symptoms in midlife, runners or gym goers who aren’t quite hitting their full potential, or those just looking for a smart, personalised approach to women’s health and fitness.
⚡️Lulu will take you through the exact assessments I use with 1:1 clients to help you understand your body
⚡️She'll unpack what these assessments mean so we can figure out what your movement patterns are telling you
⚡️You'll practice some functional exercises together to start restoring balance and function
⚡️ You’ll leave with a simple movement routine to start using straight away
⚡️We’ll finish with space for questions and a deeper dive if you need it
